FamilyOfficeNetwork’s® “Notes” offers a unique way for clients and advisors to communicate securely.

FamilyOfficeNetwork®  compliments the industry standard of email with its intuitive Notes system.  Notes are secure organized communications; they never leave our secure server.  When a user posts a note to the system, the recipient is notified with an email to login and check the note.  Unlike email, all sensitive information is kept within the system.  The creator of the note controls access to it and only the designated recipients will know of its existence and be able to access it.  Once a note has been created it resides on the FamilyOfficeNetwork® server forever.  Notes cannot be deleted, modified, or destroyed.  Notes, however, can be searched by subject, keyword, action addressee, date range, and the author.

Notes are intended to be used for sensitive information such as estate planning issues, information containing social security numbers, tax information, and anything else that shouldn’t fall into the hands of un-authorized persons.  They fully comply with all SEC and FINRA email retention regulations.  Notes are just one feature of the comprehensive suite of practice enhancement tools contained in FamilyOfficeNetwork®.
